The Mukumanfuuzi Fund organized its annual Christmas outreach, bringing joy and essential support to over 200 orphans across Hoima District.

Identifying the Vulnerable

The Mukumanfuuzi Initiative identifies orphans within communities who have no opportunity to be in funded institutions. These children often live with relatives or community members with limited resources to support them.

Support Provided

Each child received: - School supplies for the upcoming term - New clothing and shoes - Food packages for their families - Medical checkups and referrals where needed

More Than Material Support

Beyond physical items, the program provides: - Nurturing and guidance - Awareness and sensitization - Connections to education opportunities - Healthcare access - Career and rehabilitation support

Community Partnership

The outreach was made possible through partnerships with local churches, charity organizations, and individual donors who share ODF's commitment to restoring dignity and livelihood to vulnerable children.

The Omugo's Message

Her Royal Highness reminded the community that these children are Bunyoro's future. "When we invest in our orphans, we invest in our kingdom's tomorrow," she said, encouraging continued support for the Mukumanfuuzi Fund.

The fund continues to accept donations and identify more orphans who need support throughout the year.
